Gopherwood J-Classic VI | Beginner Bass Electric Guitar

J-Classic VIIt's Gopherwood's entry-level Jazz Bass electric guitar.
It uses a Korean-made TESLA Model J pickup assembly and a TESLA 72B active preamplifier. 
With the help of a 3-band equalizer and midrange, musicians can use a variety of timbres without the need for an external equalizer.

Features

headstock:
The tuning pegs are made of chrome-plated material, whose durability and high heat resistance increase the stability of the strings under tension.

piano body:
The use of alder wood for the body gives the J-Classic VI a solid, bright, and full-bodied sound.
It also features a full midrange and excellent bass, with a slight spiciness that is not harsh, and provides appropriate sustain.
This tonal characteristic allows it to be used with ease in various playing styles.

Neck:
The neck is made of maple that has been air-dried for a long time, making it very sturdy.
It features a slim C-shaped design, making it easy for players with small hands to handle.
It adopts the U-shaped neck profile commonly used in jazz basses, which was very popular in the 1970s.
The addition of purple heartwood to the center line further enhances the stability of the neck.

fingerboard:
Twenty medium to large nickel silver wires are inlaid on the 9.5-inch (241mm) curvature maple/purpleheart wood.
whiteJ-Classic VIThe guitar features a maple fingerboard with higher hardness, allowing it to have a more prominent high frequency; the black and blue models are equipped with a rosewood fingerboard, making the midrange of the guitar denser and fuller.

Qinqiao:
The J-Classic VI features a 4-point vintage-style bridge primarily designed for Jazz Bass.
The winding mechanism uses a through-type winding method that passes through the back of the body.
This makes the string tension more stable and the instrument body resonate more fully.
A hex wrench can also be used to adjust the string spacing, allowing the player to easily adjust it according to their own preferences.

Connection treatment:
The neck joint uses four high-strength screws.Combined with the one-piece stamped iron cover on the back,
Ensure strong support for the instrument body and neck;
The back of the instrument body has been reinforced with a base material, which improves the stability of the neck joint.
It also enhances the mid-to-low frequency timbre.
The joints of the instrument body also feature a semi-circular bevel design, making it easier and more comfortable for users to play in higher positions.

Circuit System:
J-Classic VIbuilt-inThe Korean-made Tesla Model J pickup features a retro-styled, manually wound, uneven coil.
Compared to the uniform winding process of machines, it has a more distinctive tonal expression.
The single-coil pickups on the neck and bridge give the player a deep, warm tone with a unique vintage feel;
Also, because of the opposite design of the two coils, its noise can be reduced to some extent.
The American-made pure copper coil, paired with the Alnico 5 high-magnetic-force magnet, gives the pickup a more textured tone.
After the coil is manufactured, a wax impregnation process is used to make the coil more secure.

J-Classic VIAlso configuredTESLA 72B PRE-AMPLIFIER,
It can provide performers with more options for tone power during performance.
It features dual knobs for adjusting the master volume and master tone, allowing for both active and passive adjustment.
In passive mode, you can freely operate the knobs to adjust the amount of pickup picked up by the neck/bridge pickups;
In active mode, the pickup tone can be adjusted via a knob, with high, mid, and low frequencies adjustable as needed.
