Refund Policy

A. Purchase products online

1. All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the relevant goods. If PARKLAND fails to provide any ordered products or services, PARKLAND has the right to refuse to accept the order. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you by telephone or email before delivery.

2. Unless PARKLAND refuses to accept the order, no refund will be made under any circumstances once the payment has been made.

B. Online course registration

1. Once payment is made, no refund will be given under any circumstances.

2. Recurring subscription: Fees will be charged to the customer's credit card or other designated method until the customer cancels the subscription on this page.

3. Please note that our front desk staff cannot cancel your subscription for you. Unsubscription must be performed by the customer himself on this page.

C. Other Terms and Notes

•       All our products are guaranteed to be replaced within 14 days if there is any quality problem.
Customers must bring their receipts to our repair center within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please make an appointment.

•       No receipt will be issued for all goods ordered through PARKLAND. Customers must keep the order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

•     All product prices are in Hong Kong dollars. The prices of goods are based on the prices shown on the day of ordering.

•       The prices of products on PARKLAND's website may differ from those in PARKLAND stores.

•       If any product not included in the order is delivered to the customer by mistake, PARKLAND reserves the right to recall the wrongly delivered product.

•       PARKLAND's liability for any delivered product is limited to the conditions stated in the refund or exchange notice and procedures, but does not include any other compensation.

•       The Company reserves the right to interpret and amend these terms.

•       In case of any disputes, PARKLAND MUSIC LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.

D. The following parts/conditions are not covered by warranty

•       The electronic parts of the product.

•       Damage caused by failure to use in accordance with the instructions.

•       Damage caused by any reason (including accident), man-made damage, fall, improper installation, operation or cleaning.

•       Damage caused by storage in a hot or humid location, or immersion in water.

•       Problems and failures caused by disassembly, repair, replacement or modification by maintenance personnel who are not authorized by our company.

•       Its product model, body serial number, or renewal contract content has been deleted or modified without authorization.

•       Component failure caused by improper input voltage.

•       Wear and tear of hardware caused by normal use.

•       Products not owned by the original purchaser.

•       Damage caused by force majeure, such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, typhoon and other natural disasters.

•       Dissatisfaction with quality issues other than the product itself, such as dissatisfaction with the product’s color, appearance, shape, etc.
