HOOK Drum & Loop (NDL-3) is a mini loop block with automatic speed detection.
Record a short loop, add a synchronized drum beat, or use the included beat tempo setting function.
Play the drumbeats to start recording short phrases in a loop.

Even without phrase loops, the hook can be used as a drum machine with beat-setting and tempo-setting functions.
It offers 11 drum machine styles with high-quality sound, as well as practical rhythm patterns for practice.

HOOK features a 24-bit/44.1kHz recording resolution and a 6-minute recording time.
It can be stacked without limit.
It features both real bypass and analog bypass. The drum beats and loop playback are independent.
This means you can stop the musical phrase loop and keep the drumbeat playing.
Replay the musical phrases on repeat as needed.

HOOK also includes a headphone output jack for silent practice.

NR/AR mode

When recording a looping musical phrase, you can choose between normal recording or automatic recording.
Normal recording (NR) is like a regular loop pedal; recording begins immediately when the foot switch is pressed.

When in Automatic Recording (AR) mode, press the foot switch to start the loop.
Once the hook detects your guitar signal, it will start recording.
This makes it convenient when you put the hook on the table, so you can operate it with your hands instead of your feet.

To switch between NR and AR, press and hold the foot switch while plugging in the power adapter to start the pedal.
NR: Drum beat indicator flashes blue 3 times. AR: Drum beat indicator flashes red 3 times.
