This cajon is made of MDF (medium-density fiberboard, an environmentally friendly material made from recycled wood fibers). The drumhead is made of three layers of Baltic birch wood, 3.5mm thick, and the snare is made of a two-string, adjustable snare system, with a polyurethane varnish finish.
