Our guitar and acoustic guitar courses are taught by renowned guitar teachers and acoustic guitar instructors. Multiple branches in Central, Mong Kok, and Tsuen Wan offer opportunities to learn guitar.

Course Introduction

Guitar Beginner Course

• Equivalent to Rockschool/Trinity Rock & Pop (Beginner to Level 3)
• Guitar playing posture and hand shape
• Understanding guitar tablature and fingering
• Basic Music Theory
• Basic playing techniques such as chord, pull-off, and slide.
• Basic chords
• Basic Scales and Arpeggios & Arpeggios
• Simple arrangement

• Guitar maintenance and string replacement
• You can choose a class duration of 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

Intermediate Guitar Course

• Equivalent to Rockschool/Trinity Rock & Pop Level 4-5
• Intermediate playing techniques such as Economy picking and Harmonics
• Intermediate chords (high-position chords, extended chords, etc.)
• Intermediate Scales and Arpeggios & Arpeggios
• Intermediate arrangement
• Study different playing styles (Pop, Rock, Blues, Funk, etc.)
• Voice Part Arrangement

• A class can be 45 or 60 minutes long.

Advanced Guitar Course

• Equivalent to Rockschool/Trinity Rock & Pop Level 6 to 8

• Introduction to Mode
• Advanced playing techniques such as tapping, sweep picking, and tapping lines.

• A class can be 45 or 60 minutes long.

Should I choose a guitar lesson that is 30, 45, or 60 minutes?

- 30-minute lessons: Suitable for children under 5 years old with shorter attention spans. Other students are advised to choose 45-minute or 60-minute guitar lessons for faster and more effective learning.

- 45-minute lesson: Approximately 15 minutes for reviewing the previous guitar lesson and teacher feedback, 25 minutes for guitar song learning techniques (songs can be chosen by the student), and 5 minutes for answering student questions.

- 60-minute lesson: Approximately 15 minutes for reviewing the previous guitar lesson and teacher feedback, 40 minutes for guitar song learning techniques (songs can be chosen by the student), and 5 minutes for answering student questions.

A 60-minute lesson provides twice the time to learn new skills compared to a 45-minute lesson, making it naturally more effective! If you're determined and persistent in learning guitar, don't hesitate, choose the 60-minute lesson!

- Online registration for new students is currently limited to one session of 8 individual or one-on-one guitar courses.

- Please select your level and payment method first, and then you can choose your school and time for the class. You can choose any time!
