Casio's newly developed, multi-faceted AiR* sound engine meticulously captures the rich, resonant sound of the piano's natural character. The significantly increased internal memory allows for longer sampling times and improved waveform data quality. Just like an acoustic piano, subtle changes in tone occur over a short period of time, reproducing the natural flow of the initial note, the graceful sustain, and the fading aftertaste.

A newly developed sound projection system recreates the characteristic sound effects emanating from above and below a grand piano. Rather than being trapped within the instrument, the sound is naturally released through the speakers, creating a profound experience similar to that of listening to a grand piano.
