Gopherwood J-Classic IX｜Advanced Bass Electric Guitar

J-Classic IX is an advanced Jazz Bass electric guitar launched by Gopherwood.
A Korean-made TESLA Model 70J pickup set was used.

Features

headstock:
Chrome-plated tuning pegs are used, and their durability and high heat resistance increase the stability of string tension.

body:
Using Alder as the body wood gives the J-Classic IX a solid, bright and rich sound.
There's also a full midrange and excellent bass, a slight highlight without being harsh, and providing just the right amount of sustain.
This tonal characteristic allows it to be used with ease in a variety of playing styles.

Neck:
The neck is made of medium charcoal maple wood, which is very solid.
Baked with radiant heat in an oxygen-free environment, the baked maple neck is extremely hard, strong and durable.
The heat-treated neck reduces unnecessary noise in the electric guitar and makes the tone fuller and cleaner.

fingerboard:
9.5-inch (241MM) curved maple/purpleheart with 20 medium-jumbo nickel silver frets.
The white J-Classic IX uses a harder maple fingerboard, which gives it a more prominent high frequency.
The red model is equipped with a rosewood fingerboard, which makes the mid-range of the guitar denser and fuller.

Bridge:
The J-Classic IX is equipped with a 4-point vintage-style bridge primarily used for Jazz Bass.
The winding method adopts the through-type winding method through the back of the body.
Make the string tension more stable and the piano body resonance more complete.
The string spacing can also be adjusted with a hexagonal wrench, and the player can easily adjust it according to their own preferences.

Connection processing:
The neck joint uses 4 high-strength screws.With the integrated stamped iron cover on the back,
Ensure strong support for the body and neck;
The back of the guitar body is added with a base material to improve the stability of the handle.
And at the same time increase the timbre effect of mid-bass;
The body joints also feature a semicircular cut design, making it easier for users to play in higher positions.

The single-coil pickups at the neck and bridge give players a deep, warm, and unique vintage tone.
Also, because of the opposite design of the two coils, the noise can be reduced to a certain extent.
The American-made pure copper coil and Alnico 5 high-magnetic-force magnet give the pickup a more textured tone.
After the coil is made, a wax dipping process is used to make the coil more fixed.

Tone Control:
Three-way pickup switching, tuner with two master volume and two tone controls.
Intuitive operating logic allows you to operate freely during performance.
