The Tape Echo delay pedal uses Core Image technology to capture these characteristics, including bass, treble, repeat rate (time), intensity (repeat), echo volume (level), reverb volume (reverb), as well as physical properties such as wow, filter (filter), and saturation (saturation). Its dual-pedal stomachine design even recreates the regeneration and oscillation effects of analog tape delay devices, produced by running two reels of tape through the unit. This pays homage to the Space Echo pedal, developed in Japan in 1974.

• Combined magnetic head
  The Tape Echo retains the original's hardware controls and adds some new ones for modern workflows.
  The Select knob is used to group heads, control time, as well as repeat and self-oscillation. New functions include BPM (BPM)/MS switching and TAP Tempo.
  
• Spring reverb—brings psychedelic valley echoes and atmosphere
  The most important feature of Space Echo is the spring reverb.
  Core-Image technology captures the sound of authentic spring reverb, combined with warmth and realistic delay sound, Tape Echo will give you rich effects.
  By pressing and holding the pedal, you can activate self-feedback and receive unlimited feedback.

• SOS Mode (Sound On Sound)
  Press the ON and TAP footswitch simultaneously to enter SOS mode (LOOP mode). You can use the ON footswitch to control loop functions such as recording/playback/overdubbing.
  The screen will accurately display the current status.
  While a recorded phrase is playing, you can also press both the On and Tap footswitches simultaneously to exit SOS mode, then re-enter this mode after adjusting the parameters to continue recording or creating.
