Every time you attend a class at Parkland, you earn 1 point for every 1 dollar you spend, which can be redeemed for a variety of select music gifts!
We have prepared amazing rewards for you, including a variety of professional musical instruments and accessories.e.g. From guitar strings, high-quality headphones, and speakers, to course/instrument vouchers, we have it all!
Points Redemption Program Terms and Conditions
- Points are non-transferable, non-resaleable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
- If the gift is redeemed as a cash voucher, e-coupon, or service voucher, it is subject to the separate terms and conditions printed on the voucher and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- Except for serious quality defects in the gifts themselves that are not caused by human error, all redeemed gifts are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable with other models, and non-refundable in-game points.
- All gifts must be collected at the designated pickup point; there is no shipping option.
- Once the redemption request is confirmed, it will take approximately 10 to 14 business days for the gift to be prepared and processed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Once the gift is ready, a representative will contact the customer. The customer must collect the gift from the designated collection point within 30 days of receiving the notification, presenting the receipt.
- If a gift remains unclaimed for more than 30 days from the date the notification is sent, it will be automatically considered forfeited. The company reserves the right to dispose of the gift at its discretion, and any points deducted or related fees already paid will not be refunded or compensated in any form.
- All redeemable gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. If a designated gift is out of stock, the company reserves the right to substitute it with another gift of equal value without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this activity and revise related terms at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
