Features

Body Material:
Use Sapele top and bottom panels.
Sapele is actually a type of mahogany, with a finer, denser grain. Its sound has the warmth and enveloping quality of mahogany, and the strings are crisp, making it ideal for fingerstyle guitar.
Sapele wood is lightweight and transmits sound quickly, allowing each note to be clearly conveyed. The sound produced by the wood vibrating resonates with the vibrations of the strings, creating a natural and crisp sound with a warm and enveloping feel.

Guard Plate:
A pickguard is designed under the sound hole to prevent scratches on the panel with a pick or fingernail. The ultra-thin pickguard ensures that the sound propagates smoothly and maintains a stable tone.

Fingerboard Material:
The rosewood fingerboard boasts a high degree of hardness, resisting deformation even with frequent playing. Rosewood is also adaptable to a variety of environments, even in fluctuating temperatures. A unique sanding technique results in a smoother fingerboard, and the fingerboard is tailored to the smaller hands of Asians, providing a more comfortable feel.

Nut:
Levites' unique "small bridge-shaped" nut design, compared to other guitars' general "straight-line" nut design, the "small bridge shape" can effectively enhance the sustain and resonance effects.

pickup:
The Levites M40 Bakelite guitar features the RUNDE-PJ091 adjustable pickup, allowing it to be connected to an amplifier for convenient playing during busking or performances. The pickup can be adjusted to capture resonances at different locations within the guitar body, allowing the player to tailor the sound quality to suit the environment and needs of each venue.
