It's incredibly portable, working without any wires or cables, and doesn't even require a power source. JUPITER-Xm can create a complete electronic music production and performance environment on its own, allowing you to take it anywhere you want.

The JUPITER-Xm is equipped with Roland's latest ZEN-Core Synthesis engine, transforming it into our legendary synthesizers steeped in history and delivering astonishing sounds never before heard before. It replicates the sounds of our highly acclaimed classic analog synthesizers such as the JUPITER-8, JUNO-106, and SH-101, as well as digital devices like the vintage XV-5080 and the modern RD stage piano. You also get access to many classic Roland drum machines, such as the TR-808, TR-909, and CR-78, which laid the foundation for electronic and dance music. It's like a studio packed with vintage equipment, yet also features modern functionality and a deep synthesizer engine, allowing you to explore uncharted sonic territories.

Need some magical, quick inspiration? JUPITER-Xm's I-Arpeggio is a new generation of automatic arpeggio that uses artificial intelligence to not only accompany you but also spark your creativity. I-Arpeggio takes your input—notes, rhythms, phrases—and then creates complementary drum parts, bass melodies, chords, and arpeggio lines. It operates simultaneously across all five sections of the JUPITER-Xm, producing customizable tracks that can even be exported to your DAW. These aren't canned background accompaniments; they are intelligently generated beats and phrases that amplify the energy of a live performance and dismantle stumbling blocks for creators.

The power of polyphony
The JUPITER-Xm can layer up to five voices: four for synthesizers and one for drums. Its engine can drive multiple classic Roland amplifiers such as the JX-8P or JUPITER-8, providing ample simultaneous output to create rich overlays and complex accompaniment parts. You can use the SH-101 and JUNO-106 to create perfect bass and solo melody key separations, layering rich RD piano tones and gorgeous JX-8P strings, or layering multiple JUPITER-8s to produce monster-level sounds.
