- What can I do if I have questions or don’t understand the course content?
- 1. The course comes with two Parkland $100 course vouchers. You can sign up for our online or physical one-on-one music theory courses and ask the instructor when the time is right; or
- 2. You can inbox us your questions and we can provide simple answers. However, if the questions are too difficult, we recommend that you have them answered by a tutor in a one-on-one music theory class.
- What is the enrollment process? When will I receive the course content?
- After the payment is successful, we will send you the login information via email, and you can watch the course anytime, anywhere! For the intensive reading books, exercises, past papers, course vouchers and exam registration forms, you can choose to pick them up at the Parkland branch or pay by SF Express on the payment page. We will make arrangements based on your choice and you will usually receive them within 2-7 days.
- How can Parkland course vouchers be used?
- A total of two $100 course vouchers are valid for any Parkland course, including subjects other than music theory.
- What year is the Past Paper that comes with ABRSM music theory?
- The 2019 Past paper is included, and students can choose Chinese or English Past paper on the payment page. The answers to the Past paper are available in your logged in account.
- Can Parkland help students register for the ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory exam?
- OK! The course package includes an exam registration form. Simply fill it out and send it back to us according to the instructions on the form. We will then process your exam registration (this service is only available in Hong Kong). Please note that Parkland only handles the registration procedures for the exam, and students need to pay for the exam fees themselves.
- Is there any expiration date for course login account?
- There is no deadline. One price, unlimited replays.
